However, a couple years ago I needed to start losing weight and going to the gym to lift weights wasn&#8217;t going to work.  So, I committed to running.  I started out not knowing anything, grew into music, ebooks and an official training plan.  I did my first half-marathon last year and I signed up for my next one in April 2022.
